Whilst the K Series is the calibrating machine family, COSTA’s S Series is its sanding family and represents the largest range available in the sanding machine industry today. The modularity of the S Series sanders permits tailoring of the frame, abrasive sizes, and power to any production level as well as to aggregate traditionally different processes into one single machine body.

COSTA’s B Series focuses on brushing machines, enabling customers to insert brushing units in their production cycles where it is the most logical for their particular operations. The B Series includes horizontal, lateral, and vertical brushing units to perform a variety of brushing applications. It also includes de-nibbing brushes and cleaning systems for static electricity and dust removal.
