Customisable Courses

Stirling Machinery’s Customisable Courses are tailored to meet the needs of your operation. Our experienced team can train operators on any safe and operational machinery; including new or existing machinery. Some of the machines we specialise in training on are Finger Jointers, Moulders and Docking Saws.

Additionally, our team can train operators to run machines profitably and get the greatest value out of the equipment and the timber it processes.

Discovery session

Our team conduct a discovery session to gain a thorough understanding of your operation, its needs, objectives and where training can support your team in achieving your production goals.

Review of proposed solutions

Our team will design a course specified to the abilities of each trainee that will address the solutions outlined in the discovery session. This will be further refined by feedback from your team to optimise the courses.

Schedule and run training

When and where training sessions are run is very flexible and can be scheduled to suit you.

Follow up

Post training, our team will follow up with trainees to check in on their progress and answer any additional questions they may have since applying their skills in production.
