A STIRLING GROUP COMPANY

Scheduled Service Plan

We tailor our services to meet your individual needs by focusing on developing strong relationships with you, our customers.

Why Scheduled Servicing

The need for specialised maintenance has developed as a result of our clients utilising more sophisticated and innovative machinery, which is why Stirling Machinery now offers a Servicing Program.

We are committed to helping you maximise the up-time of your machinery, getting the best life out of your investment and making production possible at every available moment. Regular servicing undertaken according to the manufacturer’s specifications can help ensure that you get continued up-time from your machine. At the end of the day, that’s what our clients want, and it’s what we expect to deliver through our Servicing Program.

How Our Scheduled Service Plans Work

Our dedicated team is on hand to assist our customers with expert advice and to schedule your machinery maintenance and servicing.

The Stirling Scheduled Service Plan aims to create a community where the fixed costs of a service can be shared by a cluster of plan members who all receive services within the same period of time.

Each Service Plan member will receive a full service, typically taking a full day. The Stirling Service Engineer will complete the servicing for up to 3 plan members in the cluster over the course of one week. This allows for both a reduced service fee (as outlined in the table below), and sharing the additional expenses involved with sending an Engineer to your site.

These services work on a needs basis. However, they can be booked in advance to accommodate Stirling Engineer availability and to allow for operations at your workplace to continue to run smoothly. When you request a service for multiple members of your cluster, the other Stirling Scheduled Service Plan members will be contacted to arrange their own services. This system ensures we can offer the Scheduled Service Plan pricing

Hear from our customers

C Series Finger Jointer & E Series Moulder

“Every step of the way, Stirling showed that they could partner with us in a meaningful way. We weren’t looking for a quick set-and-forget arrangement. We wanted a genuine collaboration that would see us through from consultancy and installation to operation and beyond.”

Chris Skeels-Piggins

CEO of CLTP

Planer Sander

“Stirling Machinery’s Planer Sander replaced the two existing sanders we had onsite. Finishing tabletops, a process that originally took two to three hours across two machines, has now been reduced to a matter of minutes in a one-pass finish. The team took the time to understand my operation, how it is run,and what we were looking for in terms of increased capacity and timber finish, and came back with a tailored solution that ticked all of the boxes. As a furniture maker of 35 years, I have been very impressed by the level of service, support and results Stirling has provided. From adding one machine, we have gained time, quality, space, output and efficiency and I couldn’t be happier.”

“What Craig and the rest of the team at Stirling care about is that the timber industry in Australia goes to a higher quality level. They want to see our customers getting the best product, they don’t just want to sell something. Craig is always asking the questions to make sure that whatever he sells me is going to make my product higher quality and the customer happier.”
