COSTA sanders are universally known as the premier sanders in the industry, with their K Series calibrating and sanding machine range setting a lofty benchmark. Fully customisable and available in a range of frame sizes, widths, and motor power levels, the COSTA K Series line offers incredible versatility and functionality, with unmatched longevity and performance.
Customers choose the COSTA brand because it fulfils needs for machines from entry-level through to very wide machines for CLT production. Whilst the K Series is the calibrating machine family, COSTA’s S Series is its sanding family and represents the largest range available in the sanding machine industry today. The S Series boasts extended life and economic efficiency, making it a particularly profitable investment for operations of all sizes. The modularity of the S Series COSTA sanders permits tailoring of the frame, abrasive sizes, and power to any production level as well as to aggregate traditionally different processes into one single machine body.
COSTA’s B Series focuses on brushing machines, enabling customers to insert brushing units in their production cycles where it is the most logical for their particular operations. The B Series includes horizontal, lateral, and vertical brushing units to perform a variety of brushing applications. It also includes de-nibbing brushes and cleaning systems for static electricity and dust removal.
Additionally, COSTA offers special machines for knots cleaning and a CDS model for putty/filler drying.
